River Roots Live is the Quad-Cities' premiere music festival featuring top national and local bands along with incredible barbeque from award-winning rib-vendors. Admission is still FREE! Over 20,000 people pack downtown each year for the festival's great music, mouth-watering barbeque, and variety of family fun.This not-for-profit festival is produced by the Downtown Partnership, a division of Quad Cities Chamber of Commerce, with support from fellow non-profit partners Living Lands & Waters and River Music Experience.

Don't forget Friday Lunch! Our rib-vendors are open Friday for lunch at 11 a.m. and they will remain open till Midnight! The music may not be rolling yet, but the ribs certainly are. Come and have lunch downtown on Friday with some mouth-watering ribs!

Floatzilla
Yet another great event is happening River Roots Live weekend along the Mississippi! Floatzilla 2011 is the Quad Cities 2nd Annual paddle sports festival that culminates with a Guinness World Record attempt at the largest flotilla of kayaks and canoes on the protected backwaters of Lake Potter.
